• Insurance and guarantees : Verification of ten-year insurance certificates for recent constructions and insurance policies for contractors.
• Technical files Confirmation of the presence of the Dossier des Ouvrages Exécutés (DOE) and the Dossier des Interventions Ultérieures sur l'Ouvrage (DIUO).
• Origin of ownership Examination of any easements, dismemberments and encroachments.
